Now Kylie Jenner is now being accused of repackaging old lip kit colors and re-selling them as brand new limited edition shades.

In particular, the lip color Blitzen, which can be found in her holiday collection is said to be the same exact shade as Spice, which is a color that can be bought as a single item.

It seems that the possible rebranding of Spice as Blitzen has been rubbing fans the wrong way.

Why?

Because not only does it feel deceptive, but also because there’s a price difference between the shades.

Spice, which is currently being sold as a lipstick and lip liner duo, retails for $29, while Blitzen, was sold for $45 as part of a 4-piece matte lipstick kit during the holidays.

While  the $16 markup may considered fair because you get twice as much product with the holiday kit, fans still aren’t pleased. To them, if you’re going to call it “limited-edition” and charge more money, you should be releasing something that doesn’t already exist that isn’t considered “limited.”
