Kendall Jenner just stole the show as Forbes just announced her to be the highest-earning model in the world.
Yes, that means just bumped Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bündchen, to the number 2 spot, who, for the first time since 2002, is not at the top of the list.
Jenner took in a cool $22 million this past year, and Forbes says she can thank her huge Instagram following, as well as the deals she’s made with:
- Estée Lauder
- and La Perla
Oh and being a part of the Kardashian-Jenner clan doesn’t hurt either.
According to Forbes, the family’s reality TV show Keeping up with the Kardashians and her clothing line with little sister Kylie, KENDALL + KYLIE, have also contributed to her net earnings.
This year, Gisele earned $17.5 million, which dipped by 43 percent from 2016.
Note: Forbes bases its earning estimates from June 1, 2016 to June 1, 2017 and before taxes and fees, on the on estimated incomes from cosmetic, fragrance, and clothing contracts, as well as interviews with agents, managers, and brand executives.
