Plenty of fruits and vegetables supply a good dose of nutrition to your body and your skin. For instance, you get antioxidants which are very effective in neutralizing skin-damaging free radicals. So, if you’ve been eating unhealthily, consider switching your diet for flawless skin. 

Sweat it Out

For even better skin, try and exercise regularly. Also, if working out isn’t your thing, try and run around your block for a few minutes at least once a day. Alternatively, try out a fun approach to exercise, such as yoga.
